The multinational German civil and industrial company Bilfinger wished to communicate and promote its methods for compliance, seeking a moving-image format that would grab people’s attention and work across borders on their web.

THE SOLUTION

Introducing the fully animated characters: “The Bilfies”. They presented topics in a fun and unique visual style, making technical topics more accessible to employees while staying informative.

THE IMPACT

The Bilfies won hearts everywhere and were quickly adopted as brand mascots for Bilfinger. They were also featured in other formats such as print, advertising and interactive websites. Future plans include an ongoing use of the new mascots in the brand’s communication across all medias.
