We can’t get this tune out of our head!
Almost everyone knows the iconic ice cream truck jingle “Turkey in the Straw” – but what people may not know is that it has racist roots. Good Humor turned to RZA for a solution – by creating a brand new jingle and passing along to all ice cream trucks and sound libraries at no charge.
Chimney collaborated with New York agency Edelman to design and produce a signature animation which rhythmically accompanies the contemporary jingle. In addition, Chimney also edited and finished the BTS video where RZA shares his experience while working on the composition.
